Tozed Kangwei's core team is composed of seasoned experts with over 20 years of experience in communication equipment R&D, making it one of the pioneers in CPE product development. The team is dedicated to staying at the cutting edge of communication technology, ensuring that innovative and reliable solutions meet the evolving demands of global markets.

Since its founding in 2019, the company has rapidly grown from a small team to over 500 employees, with subsidiaries in key cities like Shenzhen and Shanghai. Approximately 60% of the workforce is dedicated to R&D, with over 88% of R&D personnel holding a bachelor's degree or higher. This highly skilled team is driving the development of high-performance communication solutions tailored to meet the needs of clients worldwide.
